About the Role

We're looking for a curious, organised and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Operations Intern to support content creation, research, campaign coordination and day-to-day marketing execution.

You'll work across our brands, helping turn marketing ideas into well-researched content while ensuring projects, calendars and deliverables remain organised.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft social media captions, LinkedIn posts, blogs, articles and campaign copy.

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support research, ideation, drafting and content repurposing.

- Fact-check content and adapt writing to the appropriate brand voice and audience.

- Research industry topics, competitors, trends and campaign opportunities.

- Maintain content calendars, publishing checklists and marketing trackers.

- Coordinate with designers, video producers and vendors to keep deliverables on schedule.

- Follow up on pending assets, approvals, production requirements and deadlines.

- Assist with campaign documentation, event preparation and basic performance reporting.





- Maintain organised records of marketing activities and creative assets.

- Flag delays, missing information and conflicting priorities to the marketing lead.

What We're Looking For

- Strong written communication and attention to detail.

- Interest in content marketing, copywriting, research and digital marketing.

- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to verify their outputs.

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats.

- Good organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to learn, take feedback and work collaboratively.

Students or recent graduates in marketing, communications, business, media or related fields are welcome to apply. Prior experience is helpful but not essential.
