EasternTrade is a regional products marketplace and market-access platform operated by Suzoco Services Private Limited. We work to connect regional suppliers with potential buyers across India and international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

- Buyer Research & Outreach Identify potential domestic and international buyers, importers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers.
- Contact prospective buyers through email, telephone and other business communication channels.
- Send skilled introductory emails and follow up on buyer enquiries.
- Research overseas markets, importers, trade associations and potential business opportunities.
- Collect buyer requirements, including product interests, specifications, quantities and destination markets.

Lead Generation & Management:

- Maintain a database of potential buyers and their contact details.
- Record buyer enquiries and identify relevant suppliers listed on EasternTrade.
- Maintain follow-up records and prepare daily or weekly reports.
- Share qualified buyer leads with the relevant internal team for further coordination.

Data Entry & Website Management :

- Enter and update supplier, product and buyer information using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.




- Upload and update product listings on the EasternTrade website.
- Check records for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with routine administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Basic computer knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Interest in e-commerce or startup environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt

Education:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)

Experience:
0–1 year (Freshers are welcome)

Work Schedule:

Day shift (Part-time or Full-time)
Office-based role in Kokrajhar, Assam
