Manage daily café operations, lead the team, maintain food and service standards, and achieve sales and cost targets.
Key responsibilities
Daily operations: Ensure the café opens on time, departments are ready, and closing procedures are completed.
Guest service: Supervise service, manage reservations and complaints, and build relationships with regular guests.
Team management: Prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, conduct daily briefings, and train staff.
Kitchen and bar coordination: Check availability, preparation times, presentation, portion consistency, and wastage with department heads.
Hygiene and maintenance: Review departmental checklists and resolve cleaning, equipment, and maintenance issues.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.64 per month
