Job Title: Bonded Warehouse Executive - Field Operations (Export & Customs)

*Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Bonded Warehouse Executive to manage field operations related to export processes. The role primarily involves collecting, verifying, and preparing documents for Customs analysis, and coordinating the movement of goods from the bonded warehouse to vessels for export. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure, learn quickly, and ensure smooth execution of export operations.

*Key Responsibilities / Main Duties:

*1. Documentation & Customs Compliance:

- Collect, verify, and organize all necessary export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Bond Registers, etc.)

- Prepare and arrange documents as per Customs requirements for analysis and assessment.

- Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of bonded warehouse records and registers.

- Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent), Customs Officers, and internal documentation team.

*2. Field & Export Operations:

- Supervise and assist in the physical process of goods movement from bonded warehouse for export processing.

- Coordinate the carting and stuffing process, and ensure goods are delivered to the port / vessel on time.

- Assist during Customs examination and ensure compliance with bonded warehouse procedures.

- Track and update the status of export consignments from warehouse to vessel loading.

- Visit Customs Office, Port, and other related departments for operational follow-ups as required.

*3. Coordination & Support:

- Liaise effectively with Transport, Warehouse, Logistics, and Export teams.

- Provide timely updates to management regarding shipment status and documentation.





- Assist in resolving operational issues and ensure zero delay in export schedules.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:

- *Education: Graduate in any discipline. Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

- *Experience: Prior experience in a Bonded Warehouse, CFS, Logistics, or Export Documentation is highly preferred.

- *Language Skills:

- English - Must be able to Read & Write proficiently (Mandatory for documentation).

- Hindi - Basic knowledge is *Mandatory* (For field coordination).

- *Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Customs procedures, Export formalities, and Bonded Warehouse operations.

- *Customer Service: Should have valuable knowledge of customer service and professional communication.

*Desired Candidate Profile:

- Capable of working under pressure .

- Quick learner with a strong grasping ability for new processes and systems.

- Target-oriented and process-driven mindset.

- Honest, punctual, and physically fit for field work.

-two wheeler + four wheeler valid driving license (Preferred for field movement).

- Basic computer knowledge - MS Office, Excel, Email handling,

*Work Conditions:*

- This is a 100% Field Work Role - Candidate must be willing to travel to Customs Office, Port, and Warehouse locations daily.

- Ability to work extended hours during vessel loading / urgent shipments.

*Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: As per industry standards including 18000 + Travel Allowance [future demands will be increase salary after your knowledge earns]

- Benefits: HRA + TA will be provided by the company
