Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Implement and manage Salesforce features including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages to meet client needs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates to leverage new features and functionality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.




- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques and data management tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cooperative development environments.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect, or Administrator.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD for Salesforce deployments.
- Experience with Salesforce communities and portals.
- Understanding of data architecture and database concepts.
