Salary: Up to 25,000 In-Hand per month

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and Excel-savvy MIS Executive to join our retail jewellery team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in data management, sales reporting, inventory tracking and preparing accurate MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update sales, stock and inventory data.
- Track store-wise sales performance and prepare sales analysis reports.
- Handle data compilation, validation and reconciliation.
- Maintain Excel sheets, dashboards and reporting records.
- Coordinate with store teams to collect and verify business data.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in MIS reporting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in retail sales or inventory reporting will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
