We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters to join our RPO team and work closely with our clients recruitment function.

What are we looking for?

Were looking for recruiters with strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and identify candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen and assess candidates against technical and behavioural requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Handle client/stakeholder coordination and understand hiring requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions




- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ensure accurate pipeline management
- Drive offers, negotiations, joining formalities, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Meet defined recruitment TATs and hiring targets

What you should bring:

- 36 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Hands-on experience in sourcing for various IT/technical roles
- Excellent client/stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and sourcing strategies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven RPO workplace
