Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Non-IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various non-technical roles within the organization. You will collaborate with the HR Head to understand their staffing needs and source candidates through various channels.

- Identify job requirements and create detailed job descriptions for each open position.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a wide range of qualified candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Review incoming resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience,



and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural alignment with the organization.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status and next steps.
- Address candidates' questions and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities.

Requirements:

- Should be a Graduate.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist for non-IT positions.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Solid interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
