Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and convert leads into policy sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommended suitable insurance products.
- Explain product features, advantages, and coverage effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a great customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience ( Outbound preferred )
- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Salary: 3.79 CTC + Monthly unlimited incentivesWork
