Daarul Rehmat Trust, a charitable organization dedicated to education, girls' welfare, and community upliftment, is looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to oversee HR operations across its educational institutions and other establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance systems.
- Handle performance management, staff discipline, and employee engagement.
- Support workforce planning and HR administration across institutions.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 58 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in education, NGOs, or charitable institutions.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR operations, and employee management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
