We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Data Engineer / Databricks Developer with strong expertise in Databricks and AWS Cloud Technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently driving data engineering, development, analytics, and data platform initiatives while ensuring scalability, governance, and performance optimization.

What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable data solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform
- Build, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines
- Leverage AWS services for data ingestion, processing, transformation, and storage
- Develop analytics and reporting solutions, including dashboards and data visualizations
- Implement data governance, security,
and access control best practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data platform performance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineering teams
- Ensure high data quality, reliability, and operational excellence
Nice to Have
Experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Delta Live Tables (DLT)
Knowledge of Apache Kafka or Streaming Data Pipelines
Experience with Airflow or workflow orchestration tools
Exposure to GenAI/Copilot and AI-enabled data solutions
Financial Services or Banking Domain Experience
