Role: Technical Project Manager (Ex-CITI Experienced)

Must to have :: Candidate has worked At Least One CITI/"Citi Bank" Project in Past.

- prior experience on at least one CITI/Citi Bank project direct CITI employee, vendor, or contractor all acceptable.
- Banking and financial services experience required; credit card and fraud management strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting/delivering fraud operations technology initiatives.
- Cross-LoB stakeholder alignment; global financial institution experience preferred, ideally CITI.
- Proven management of large-scale technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

Technical requirements:

- Must: prior hands-on development experience in Java or .NET (minimum 5 -6 years) before moving into an Architect or TPM role.
- Robust technical understanding: microservices, APIs,



REST/SOAP, on-prem/cloud.
- Ability to define scope, objectives, deliverables, plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Technical depth and architecture knowledge behind managed programs.

Leadership and other must-haves:

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading requirements for multiple large development projects at once.
- Fraud domain knowledge most preferred; otherwise complex financial program management experience.
- Must explain listed projects clearly in the interview.
- AI use for program management a plus; PMP/CSM/ACP a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
