Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong knowledge of M&A; tax advisory, including transaction structuring, due diligence, and tax-efficient deal planning. Ability to analyze complex tax implications arising from mergers, acquisitions,



reorganizations, and business transfers. Experience in advising on direct tax matters within transaction lifecycle support and related compliance considerations. Proficient in applying tax technical knowledge to support advisory assignments and client deliverables. Sound understanding of general consulting practices to contribute effectively to tax advisory engagements.
