Job Description

- Identify and develop current medical device products based on market and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Production, Sales and Service teams.
- Manage product development from concept, prototype, testing and validation to launch.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Coordinate with suppliers for components and technical requirements.
- Ensure product quality, documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Support product improvement, cost optimization and troubleshooting.

Desired candidate profile





- Degree in Biomedical / Mechanical / Electronics / Life Sciences or related field.
- Experience in medical device product development/RD.
- Knowledge of medical device quality and regulatory requirements.
- Good project management, analytical and communication skills.
- IVF consumable experience will be an advantage.
