## Sales & Business Development Executive

Company is a B2B business platform that connects businesses with suppliers and facilitates seamless procurement and trade. We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and build robust business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation channels.

* Reach out to potential clients, understand their business requirements, and present suitable company solutions.

* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

* Track market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

* Follow up consistently with prospects to improve conversion rates and revenue.

### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

* 13 years of experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, or a similar role.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

* Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

* Willingness to make regular client calls and follow up on leads.
