Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager Sales to lead and drive National and International Sales operations, business development, and overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for domestic and international markets.

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.

Identify current markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

Drive business development and generate new revenue opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments.

Handle key customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Set sales targets and monitor team performance against monthly, quarterly,



and annual goals.

Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and orders.

Lead negotiations with customers and business partners.

Explore opportunities for expansion in Indian and overseas markets.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing or a related field.

15–20 years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development.

Experience in National and/or International Sales will be preferred.

Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Strong market knowledge and target-oriented approach.

Ability to develop new markets and establish long-term business relationships.
