Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

- Corporate Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance
- Manage and execute corporate secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 for Indian and overseas entities
- Prepare, review, and file statutory filings with MCA, ROC,



and other regulatory authorities
- Draft agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and other governance documents for Board, Committee, and Shareholder Meetings
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance trackers for multiple client engagements
- Consulting Support
- Advise clients on corporate governance, board effectiveness, and regulatory best practices
- Support clients on incorporation, restructuring, mergers, demergers, and winding up matters
- Assist in share capital changes, allotments, transfers, buybacks, ESOPs, and shareholder agreements
- Provide compliance support under SEBI regulations, FEMA, RBI, and allied corporate laws
- Transaction Support
- Support corporate transactions, due diligence, and regulatory audits
- Coordinate with internal teams (tax, legal, risk) and external stakeholders (law firms, regulators, auditors)

- CS

Experience
- Compliance Professional (4+ years)
