Hiring Tech Lead Salesforce Developer

Location -Hyderabad
Experience- 7 to 14 Years

Notice period-Immediate to 15days

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Salesforce Developer to design develop and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform The ideal candidate will have solid hands on expertise and the ability to lead development teams

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex LWC Aura and Visualforce
Configure objects workflows validation rules reports and dashboards
Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries and manage data operations
Perform unit testing debugging and deployments using Change Sets SFDX or CI CD tools




Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices security standards and governor limits
Collaborate with stakeholders admins and cross functional teams
Provide production support and resolve defects and enhancements

Required Skills
Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Platform
Expertise in Apex LWC SOQL data model and security
Experience in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
Knowledge of integrations and version control using Git
Strong problem solving and leadership skills

Preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
Experience with Experience Cloud is good to have
