Job Summary: We are looking for an L1+ Network Engineer with expertise in switching and routing within data centers. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network configurations for data centers.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Analyze and optimize network performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects.
- Ensure network security compliance and respond to incidents.
- Plan and execute network upgrades with minimal disruption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering within data centers.
- Solid knowledge of switching and routing protocols (VLANs, OSPF, BGP).
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar devices.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
