Role Overview

Shriram Wealth is looking for a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to own and drive digital journeys, fulfilment workflows, and regulatory-compliant technology solutions across Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, and Wealth Management platforms.

This role requires deep involvement across requirements, data analysis, UAT, regulatory alignment, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring high-quality, stable, and scalable digital solutions for the wealth business.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Journey Fulfilment Ownership

1. Lead end-to-end digital journeys covering onboarding, transactions, order execution, settlement, reporting, and post-trade fulfilments for MF, Bonds, PMS, and allied wealth products
2. Map as-is / to-be journeys, identify gaps, and define system and process improvements
3. Work closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer and RM experiences

Business Techno-Functional Analysis

1. Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and User Stories
2. Translate regulatory and business needs into clear, testable techno-functional requirements
3. Act as a bridge between Business, Product, Operations, QA, and Development teams

Data Analysis Reporting

1.



Analyse system, transaction, and operational data to generate insights supporting design and prioritization decisions
2. Validate data flows, reports, and dashboards for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
3. Provide structured feedback to development teams on solution quality, performance, and stability

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Quality Assurance

1. Own end-to-end UAT for all wealth and trading technology initiatives
2. Drive and Assist Testing team in making test scenarios, test cases, RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix), and test data controls
3. Execute and coordinate techno-functional testing, defect triaging, and closure
4. Ensure defect-free, production-ready releases aligned with business expectations

Compliance Regulatory Alignment

1. Ensure all systems and workflows adhere to SEBI, AMFI, and Wealth Management regulatory guidelines
2. Work with Compliance and Risk teams to embed regulatory controls, disclosures, and audit requirements into digital journeys
3. Support regulatory audits and inspections with process, data, and system documentation

Market Research Continuous Improvement

1. Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and digital innovations in the Indian wealth and stock broking ecosystem
2. Conduct market and product research to identify enhancement opportunities and best practices
3. Proactively recommend improvements in journeys, controls, and operational efficiency
