Role & responsibilities

- Design and architect high-impact, learnercentred learning experiences
- Translate business and capability needs into scalable learning architectures
- Lead end-to-end learning design from ideation to handover for delivery
- Leverage AI-enabled design to improve speed, quality, and consistency
- Ensure alignment with global learning standards and pedagogy

Preferred candidate profile

- Partner with Learning Business Partners (LBPs) to identify learning needs
- Define learning outcomes, experience principles, and success metrics
- Lead cooperative design workshops and stakeholder design conversations
- Create learning journeys, blueprints, storyboards, and prototypes
- Own design plans, scope, risks, timelines, and quality
- Ensure smooth transition from design to development and delivery
- Apply data, feedback, and insights for continuous improvement
- Contribute to global learning standards, patterns, and innovations
- Use AI and agent-based tools for design, content structuring, and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and delivery teams
