Customer Service / Helpdesk Voice Process
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Salary: 32,000 per month
Shift: Rotational shifts
Cab Facility: Provided
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, skilled assistance.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Maintain proper call records and follow company processes.
- Meet quality and customer-service standards.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Prior experience in voice/call process is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Vikhroli location.
