Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD and S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP SD processes including:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing & Condition Technique
- Credit Management
- Shipping & Transportation
- Billing & Invoicing
- Returns Management
- Intercompany Sales
- Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion and transformation activities.
- Work closely with business users to optimize sales and distribution processes.
- Design and execute functional testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
