Hiring: HR Executive Compliance

Location: Thane ( Mumbai)

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 Years

Salary: 25,000 in-hand ( Also Depends on your previous salary & Experience )

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive – Compliance to manage end-to-end statutory and labour law compliances, ensuring adherence to applicable Indian labour laws and regulations

.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle monthly PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF compliance, including challans, ECR, and returns filing.

- Manage UAN generation, PF transfers, ESIC registrations, and employee queries.

- Coordinate with payroll teams for statutory deductions and reconciliations.

- Monitor manpower and payroll vendors for statutory compliance.

- Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, licences, and statutory records.

- Ensure compliance with Minimum Wages, Contract Labour, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and Shops & Establishment requirements.





- Prepare monthly compliance MIS and support internal and external audits.

- Stay updated on labour law amendments and ensure timely implementation.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.

- Experience in PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, payroll, and vendor compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, reconciliation, and documentation.

- Ability to independently manage compliance across multiple locations.

Qualification: Graduate in HR, Commerce, or Law. Labour law certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Industry: Logistics, warehousing, or manpower-intensive industries.
