Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals on the network.
- Troubleshoot Active Directory connectivity issues and manage group policies.
- Ensure compliance with company's security policies by implementing BitLocker encryption and antivirus updates.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in desktop administration or related field.
- Robust knowledge of Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
