Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to handle customer payment follow-ups, outstanding dues, and collection coordination. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments, maintaining payment records, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and outstanding dues.
- Remind customers about overdue invoices and upcoming payment deadlines.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm payment dates and resolve payment-related queries.
- Follow up through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding pending payments and disputes.




- Prepare daily follow-up reports and outstanding payment status updates.
- Escalate delayed payments and long-pending dues to the concerned manager.
- Maintain qualified communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills

- Good communication and telephone handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Ability to follow up persistently and professionally.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer follow-ups and meet collection targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 13 years in telecalling, payment follow-up, accounts receivable, or collections preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
- Experience in B2B payment follow-ups or invoice collection will be an advantage.
