We are hiring dynamic sales professionals for Building Material / sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle dealer & distributor network in assigned territory

Generate sales through retail & trade market

Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage

Visit contractors, retailers & project sites regularly

Promote Tile Adhesive, Block Adhesive & allied products

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive secondary sales

Maintain strong dealer & contractor relationships

Collect market feedback and competitor updates

Candidate Profile:

12 -14 yr years experience in Building Material sales

Experience in Tile Adhesive / Waterproofing / Cement / AAC Blocks preferred

Strong dealer handling & channel sales experience

Valuable knowledge of market & Builder's & Contractors

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Two-wheeler mandatory

Local candidates Local Language preferred

Salary:

Best in Industry 9 LPA - 15 LPA
