Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive business growth through cold calling, email marketing, and research.
- Lead a team of interns in generating high-quality leads for IT services and consulting projects.
- Conduct thorough research on target companies to identify potential clients and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CRM software) to optimize lead conversion rates.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
- Solid leadership skills with ability to manage a team of interns remotely.
- Excellent communication, cold calling, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Email Marketing tools.
