Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our Human Resources team as an Executive Talent Management & HR Communications. The role will be responsible for supporting talent management initiatives, performance management, employee engagement, internal HR communications, employer branding, and employee recognition programmes.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to coordinate HR initiatives effectively across departments and locations while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and employee experience priorities.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, or Internal Communications.
- Experience working in a multi-location organisation will be an added advantage.

- Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content drafting, editing, and presentation skills.
- Positive coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and execution skills.
- Professional approach to handling confidential employee information.
