Role & responsibilities

- Creating Job Descriptions
- Publish Jobs on Internal Job Portal, Job Portals & Social Media Platforms, WhatsApp Groups etc.
- Sourcing & Shortlisting CVs
- Conducting preliminary interviews
- Interview coordination
- Support in salary negotiation
- Offer & onboarding support.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with 3-6 years experience in managing recruitments
- Candidates who have worked hiring for Sales, Category Management or Corporate roles are preferred.
- Industry preference - Industrial Products, Electrical Products, Consumer Products, Retail, Telecom, Insurance managing recruitments for Sales, Category or Operations management roles.
- Should be well versed sourcing CVs through job portals (naukri.com)
- Comfortable operating computers
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of using AI is preferred.
