Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals with a robust background in Housing Finance, Home Loan Sales, and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, developing sourcing channels, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other housing finance products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, channel partners, and property dealers.
- Source new leads through open-market activities and referral networks.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Manage the end-to-end loan process, from lead generation to disbursement.




- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and other internal teams for timely loan processing.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for insurance, CASA, and other banking products.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and provide regular updates on loan applications.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 46 years of relevant experience in Home Loans, Housing Finance, Mortgage Sales, or LAP.
- Strong knowledge of housing finance products and loan processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to undertake field sales and customer meetings.
