Role and Responsibilities

- Have end to end ownership for managing the employee life cycle for the West & Central regions.
- Partner with business leaders for manpower planning, talent management, employee engagement and performance management.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives across the zone.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and HR compliance.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, processes, and organization-wide initiatives.
- Support workforce productivity through effective stakeholder management and HR interventions.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for regional business teams.
- Travel to branches for driving employee initiatives and for GPTW action planning

Qualification Requirement

- 16-20 years of experience in HRBP/Generalist HR roles with exposure to managing large employee populations across multiple locations.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- Experience in handling West & Central regions preferred.
- Experience in Insurance industry is preferred
