JD for Patient Financial Services Team

- Handle patient billing and account-related queries
- Work on insurance verification, claims follow-up, and payment posting support
- Review and resolve patient account issues
- Maintain accuracy and quality as per process standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and collections support
- Follow US Healthcare compliance and process guidelines

JD for Payment Posting Team

- Post payments received from insurance companies and patients into the system
- Verify payment details against submitted claims and billed charges
- Identify and analyze underpayments, overpayments, and denials
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records
- Maintain proper documentation of all payment transactions
- Coordinate with AR and billing teams for discrepancies resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of payment posting tasks

JD for Insurance Follow Up/Accounts Receivable Team

- Proactively follow up with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and pending payments




- Handle communication with insurance company through outbound calls, IVR systems, and written appeals
- Investigate claim denials, underpayments, and delays, and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all payment postings and claim details
- Review patient accounts, billing information, and balances to identify discrepancies.

JD for Charge posting/Billing Team

- Capture and enter diagnoses and procedures rendered by physicians into the billing system (Fee Ticket)
- Review and verify patient encounter forms and clinical documentation for accuracy
- Ensure correct CPT, ICD, and HCPCS coding alignment (as applicable)
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in charge entries
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of charge posting records
- Coordinate with coding and billing teams for clarification when required
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks set by the organization.
