Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee relations, and training and development initiatives.
- Support manpower planning and build a productive, motivated workforce across the organisation.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
- 58 years of experience in HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage HR operations independently and work closely with management.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation is essential.
