Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural, structural, or MEP models as per project requirements.
- Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary design teams.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
- Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, sections, and schedules.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project BIM execution plans.
- Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues.
- Support BIM Coordinators and BIM Managers in project delivery.
- Manage model updates, revisions, and documentation.
- Mentor junior BIM modellers and review their modelling deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM models in accordance with project deadlines.

Required Skills

- Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM modelling.




- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and LOD requirements.
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline

Preferred Experience

Experience working on commercial buildings, residential developments, hospitals, airports, infrastructure, or other large-scale projects.
