Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage the bidding process for line haul, FTL, LTL, vehicle management, traffic manager, RFQs to optimize costs.
- Negotiate rates with vendors to achieve best possible deals for the company.
- Monitor vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain industry.
- Solid knowledge of bidding processes (FTL/LTL) and rate negotiation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
