Responsibilities

- Manage Incentive Compensation operations for the HIV Therapeutic Area using Javelin.
- Generate and validate incentive statements for field representatives in Excel.
- Prepare and maintain automated Excel workbooks for quota setting and contest performance evaluation.

- Hands-on experience in Incentive Compensation within the US Pharma Industry.
- Deep Analytics expertise, preferably in Commercial Analytics.
