Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality services to patients.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their skin, hair, and wellness needs and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Oversee a team of beauticians, therapists, and other staff members to ensure excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the clinic's services through social media platforms.
Job Requirements :
- 3-20 years of experience in cosmetology or related field (beauty industry).
- Robust knowledge of various treatments such as hair transplant, laser hair removal, facial massages etc. .
- Excellent counseling skills for client consultations and education on skincare routines.
