Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers and agencies.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to final content delivery.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, budgets, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate product gifting, PR packages, content briefs, and campaign timelines.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure timely submission and posting of content.
- Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, conversions, and ROI.
- Coordinate with the creative and social media teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Explore UGC (User-Generated Content) opportunities for organic social media and paid advertising.
- Maintain an influencer database, campaign reports, budgets, and performance records.
- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and competitor influencer campaigns.
