Job Description Senior Consultant (Talent Development)

Qualification & Experience

- Postgraduate degree in Sports Management, Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or an equivalent management discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in sports talent identification and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and implementation of Talent Identification (TID) assessment camps, trials, and protocols.
- Coordinate with coaches, Khelo India teams, National Sports Federations (NSFs), and other stakeholders.
- Monitor athlete onboarding, performance, development, and training compliance.
- Develop and update sport-specific curricula, SOPs, monitoring reports, and athlete development plans.
- Support the integration of sports science, analytics, and athlete management systems into talent development programs.




- Monitor Khelo India training facilities and coordinate athlete and coach education initiatives.
- Conduct research on sports development best practices and prepare reports, presentations, and concept notes.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of India's sports talent identification and development ecosystem.
- Knowledge of sports science, analytics, and athlete monitoring systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Government, PSUs, or autonomous bodies.
- Sports analytics certification or sport-specific coaching qualification.
