UI/UX Designer SaaS & Digital Products

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across our products. In this role, you will lead the design process end-to-endfrom research and ideation to high-fidelity executionensuring our SaaS and CRM platforms are user-friendly, consistent, and scalable.

Youll work closely with product managers and developers to translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for SaaS and CRM platforms
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design engaging animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers,



and stakeholders for smooth delivery
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability standards across products
- Maintain and evolve design systems and visual guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing web and mobile interfaces, banners, and presentations (PPTs)
- Hands-on expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and UX flows
- Experience working on e-commerce platforms, websites, and mobile apps
- Solid understanding of UX research principles and visual design
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
