The prospect: Consultant-AMI-Business Consulting Risk-CNS - Risk - Process & Controls - New Delhi

Your key responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil and structural construction activities at project sites, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Identify potential civil/structural risks and constructability issues during the pre-construction and execution stages.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, dimensions, levels, alignment and compliance with approved drawings.
- Verify that construction is carried out in accordance with approved structural calculations, drawings, specifications and applicable IS Codes.
- Check measurements, BOQ items, rates, variations, extra items and deviations of certification/recommendation of bills. Ensure proper supporting documentation for measurement sheets, quantity reconciliation, work completion records and bill certification.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, technical specifications, approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor site safety and ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with applicable HSE requirements.




- Monitor physical progress of civil and structural works against the approved project schedule.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks and resource constraints and coordinate with project teams for timely resolution.

Qualifications

- Graduation in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Post Graduation in Construction Management
- Candidates with relevant experience in civil execution, structural works and construction management will be preferred.

Experience

- + 3 years of experience in Civil & Structural Execution, preferably in Industrial Plant, Real Estate Projects, Commercial projects
