Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EY's Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firms sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.

The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste & Sanitation, Power & Utilities and Public Finance & Management.

SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to todays toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Demonstrated experience in investment promotion strategies for infrastructure advisory and related government engagements. Strong ability to support project planning, execution, and coordination across multiple stakeholders in consulting environments. Proficient in preparing structured analyses, presentations, and client-ready materials to support advisory engagements. Experienced in managing project timelines, deliverables, and documentation with attention to accuracy and quality. Applied general consulting skills to contribute to infrastructure-focused projects and government advisory initiatives.
