Roles and Responsibilities:
* Replenish supply inventories in accordance with established company guidelines to ensure consistent stock availability.
* Maintain a neat, clean, and protected working environment, adhering to all relevant government regulations.
* Oversee and manage store inventories through regular monitoring and assessment to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy.
* Receive, upload, and shelve all incoming supplies efficiently to maintain an organized inventory system.
* Perform various stock-related duties, including returning, packaging, labeling, and pricing goods as required to ensure proper presentation.
* Inspect deliveries for any discrepancies or damage, ensuring that all received items meet quality standards.
* Report damaged inventories promptly for accurate record-keeping and initiate reimbursement procedures.
* Rotate stock regularly to ensure products are sold by their expiration dates and manage the disposal of surplus and expired quantities.
* Coordinate and handle the movement of freight and equipment,



ensuring timely and efficient operations.
* Maintain an organized allocation of inventory throughout the warehouse and store for easy access and tracking.
* Cross-verify monthly inventory reports at the end of each month to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
* Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately to facilitate order placement and purchases.
* Generate Material Received Reports (MRR) in a timely manner to maintain current inventory records.
* Ensure that storage of goods follows the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to maximize freshness and quality of products.

Requirements:
Worked in F&B; industry for more than 5 years.
Very good experience in ERP/POS
Hardworking and a multitasker
