DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gather market information and intelligence through multiple available channels, from primary and secondary sources.

- Conduct fact-based research and analysis using statistical models/tools, and derive usable industry insights.

- Take the lead in organizing information as per templates, including infographics. Assist with the publication of research commentaries and papers.

- Prepare materials that summarize data and draw conclusions to support key business discussions.

- Carry out industry analysis of commodities such as coal, coke, limestone, fertilizers, bauxite, steel, iron ore, oil & gas, LNG, and agricultural commodities.

- Solicit a client base for the above commodity reports and create revenue streams through business development of such reports.

- Undertake business development by soliciting more clients through liaisoning, with a view to increasing circulation of the reports.

- Identify import trends of suppliers and receivers, country-wise and by geographical region.

- Identify demand-and-supply challenges relating to the commodities.
