Roles and Responsibilities
- Acquire current customers for Savings Accounts and Current Accounts.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and market activities.
- Explain banking products, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Complete account opening formalities and ensure proper KYC documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the bank.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Promote digital banking services, debit cards, UPI, and other banking products.
- Follow the bank's policies, compliance requirements, and KYC guidelines.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Identify business opportunities and expand the customer base.
