Andaaz Fashion is looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist to strengthen customer engagement and drive conversions across our domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute promotional, newsletter, and transactional email campaigns.
- Build automated customer journeys, including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns.
- Manage audience segmentation, subscriber engagement, and database hygiene.
- Monitor email deliverability and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Track campaign metrics, conversions, and revenue using Google Analytics, UTM tracking,



and email marketing dashboards.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or D2C.
- Knowledge of email automation, campaign analytics, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Solid written English and copywriting skills.
- Experience with Netcore Smartech/CEE or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, SMS, and push notification marketing is a plus.
