Role Description The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions that power ELLKAY’s healthcare data orchestration products and services. Responsibilities include building and optimizing models for tasks such as pattern recognition, data normalization, and predictive analytics; collaborating with data engineers and product teams to integrate models into production systems; and improving performance, scalability, and reliability of ML pipelines. The role involves conducting experiments, evaluating models using robust statistical methods,



and translating business requirements into technical solutions that align with healthcare workflows and compliance standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in architecture and code reviews. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with experience in designing efficient, scalable solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including building and training deep learning models for real-world data.
• Solid understanding of Statistics, experimental design, and model evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in one or more ML-focused programming languages and ecosystems (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines (data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring) in production environments.
• Background in distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with healthcare data formats and standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EHR systems) is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; significant relevant industry experience in machine learning engineering.
