Role Description The Salon Manager at HAIR RAP BY YOYO will oversee daily salon operations, ensure excellent client experiences, and support the creative work of the hairstyling team. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes managing appointment schedules, supervising staff performance, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the salon environment is clean, safe, and inviting. The Salon Manager will handle customer inquiries and feedback, resolve issues promptly, and promote services and products to enhance client satisfaction and retention.



The role also involves participating in hiring and onboarding, coordinating staff training, monitoring inventory and supplies, and supporting marketing initiatives and social media presence as needed. Collaboration with YoYo and the team to uphold the salon’s brand values and deliver high-quality services is central to this position. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in cosmetology and hair care, with the ability to understand and support a wide range of salon services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, staff, and partners.
• Experience in hiring, staff supervision, and basic people management within a salon, spa, or retail environment.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, including scheduling, inventory control, and task prioritization.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Ahmedabad and maintain composure in a rapid-paced, client-focused setting.
• Basic knowledge of salon operations, health and safety standards, and cash handling or POS systems.
• Prior experience as a salon manager, assistant manager, or senior stylist with leadership responsibilities is an advantage.
