Role Description The Content Creator Intern will work full time in office at The Video Mistrii Co. in Noida, collaborating closely with the creative and production teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in brainstorming and developing concepts for video ads and social media content, supporting pre-production planning, and helping coordinate shoots. The intern will contribute to creating short-form videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content, as well as basic editing, thumbnail creation, and visual assets for digital platforms. This role also involves researching trends, organizing media files, supporting content scheduling,



and maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style across channels. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in content creation, including basic video shooting, simple video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and an understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess creative skills such as idea generation, script or caption writing, and an eye for composition, color, and design.
• Candidates should possess basic technical skills with common tools (e.g., smartphone cameras, entry-level video editing software, and simple graphic/design tools).
• Candidates should possess strong communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities, with a willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program (Media, Film, Communication, Design, or related field) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior project work, portfolio pieces, or personal content (e.g., reels, short films, or creative social media posts) will be considered an advantage.
